Our diagnostic capabilities
To determine a patient’s condition in a timely manner, we’re equipped with most of the diagnostics available at a veterinary ER hospital, including:
- Digital X-rays (with immediate readouts from a board-certified radiologist)
- Blood work (CBC, chemistry, electrolytes, blood gas, clotting times, etc.)
- Urinalysis
- Ultrasound (to assess for any abdominal or thoracic free fluid)
- Tonometry (eye pressure testing)
- EKG, pulse oximetry
